The state of the art concrete plant is totally computer controlled and has the capacity to produce 200 cubic metres of quality concrete per hour. Quality assurance is of major concern to Hanley Brothers Ltd. and a sample from each batch is carefully tested in the company’s on-site laboratory for quality levels.
A new macadam plant is being installed which has an impressively high capacity production level. The plant will produce Asphalt as well as a range of other Bituminous products.
Hanly Brothers have established a large steel production facility adjoining the quarry. Here, steel production for construction use complements the group’s other operations and services for the construction industry.
